1. Who We Are

Binosaur ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered business management tools for service professionals. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at binosaur.ai and related subdomains.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, phone number, and business details you provide when setting up your agent.
Client data: Client names, phone numbers, addresses, and job details that you enter or that your customers provide through interactions with your agent.
Conversation data: Messages exchanged with your AI agent, used to provide the service and improve responses.
Google Calendar data: When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to create, update, and delete events related to your scheduled jobs and time blocks. We request the calendar.events and calendar.readonly scopes.
WhatsApp data: When customers or technicians interact with an agent via WhatsApp, we receive their phone number, profile name, and message content (including voice notes) from the WhatsApp Business API.
Usage data: Basic server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, pages visited) for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Binosaur service (agent chat, job scheduling, invoicing, reminders).
To sync your jobs and time blocks with Google Calendar when you connect it.
To send notifications and reminders via Telegram or WhatsApp.
To improve our service and fix issues.

4. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar:

We store OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) securely in our database to maintain the connection.
We only create, update, and delete calendar events related to your Binosaur jobs and time blocks.
We do not read, modify, or delete any other calendar events.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time through your agent, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

Binosaur's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. WhatsApp Integration

When you or your customers interact with an agent via WhatsApp:

We receive messages, phone numbers, and profile names through the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
Messages are processed by our AI to generate responses and carry out business actions (scheduling, invoicing, reminders).
We store conversation history to maintain context across interactions.
Phone numbers are used to identify returning customers and route messages to the correct agent.
We do not share WhatsApp data with third parties except as needed to process messages (AI model providers) or as required by law.
You can request deletion of your WhatsApp conversation data by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

AI model providers (e.g., OpenRouter) to process your agent conversations. Messages are sent for inference only and are not used to train models.
Meta (WhatsApp) to send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
Google only as needed for the Calendar API integration you authorize.
Law enforcement if required by law.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restrict access to authorized personnel only. OAuth tokens are stored in our database and are never exposed to third parties.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Google Calendar, we immediately delete your stored tokens. You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us at privacy@binosaur.ai and we will process your request within 30 days.

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar) at any time.
Request a copy of your data.
